Abstract call
We are glad to announce the abstract call is now open..
Please, read carefully the information below before submitting your abstract.
Abstracts will be 250 words long.
The official language of the conference will be English.
We are aware that English is not the first language for most of us, so if you would like to present your talk or poster in your native language, just let us know. Keep in mind that the slides, printed posters and abstract will be in English. We will prioritize the talks in English but keep some room for non-English talks too, if necessary.
Travel awards
There will be some travel awards for students.
If you want to apply for a travel award please attach:
1. A letter of intent which also specifies the city and country from which you will travel from.
2. A letter of recommendation.
